Jeannine Maynard Cooper, 86, died peacefully December 8, 2022, with her children at her bedside. Born in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Charlotte Maynard, formerly of Chattanooga. Jeannine was a graduate of Chattanooga Central High and attended UTC and Chattanooga State.
